Dr. Dorian Quinn, PScD – Founder / Clinic Director

I’m Dorian Quinn, PSc.D, a Doctor of Wellness located near Providence Hospital in Portland, Oregon. When I began my career in healing, I came into it with an open mind and a willing heart. I wanted to learn everything I could about improving the health of people, and I was willing to learn from the many voices who shared what they have learned over the years about the human body, mind, and spirit.

We developed Simple Wellness so you can take control of some of the greatest lifestyle challenges of our time. Millions struggle to stay healthy and manage the demands of work and family, to use food and nutrition as medicine, and to know if they’re on track toward wellness.

Teresa Kollar – Office Manager

Teresa is born and raised in Portland, Oregon and has been working in the health and wellness space for more than 25 years. She has been a manager of a group of retail health stores, as well as experienced in corporate retail stores.

Teresa is known to genuinely walk the walk in wellness. From proper diet and nutrition, to exercise and mobility, she has a unique gift to meet the patients where they are in their unique health journey and assist them to reach their destination. She enjoys gardening locally, as well as traveling internationally.

Jeri Martinez – Wellness Coach

Jeri is a health coach with Simple Wellness. With 15 years’ experience in the health, fitness and wellness industry working with people to help them achieve a healthy and balanced life is truly Jeri’s passion. Using her experience as a Massage Therapist and Nutrition Counselor, Jeri has a wide base of resources to help her clients overcome the most difficult challenges. Her goal is to educate, support and empower every one she works with by providing all the motivation and information they need to create a wellness plan that works for them.

Jeri is committed to helping people realize their own potential and achieve a vibrant life. By taking an integrative approach to wellness, with a comprehensive focus on nutrition, emotional balance, natural ways to relieve stress, and customized programs to support optimal health and wellbeing.

Mary Darger – Wellness Coach

Mary Darger graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques and over 100 dietary theories. As a Health and Wellness Coach and Herbalist for the past 25 years, she assists people to make personal, individualized changes to reach and maintain their goals for ideal health. Reading recipes to modify ingredients, shopping to learn about new produce, trying new essential oils and sharing her continued knowledge about what is in our food and how it affects our energy and well-being is her passion.

In addition to learning, riding bikes, reading a good book, being creative with painting and crafts, working out with weights at the gym, spending quality time with family and friends and traveling are ways that balance out her life.
